We trust that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase, however if you need to return an item, you may return it for refund or replacement within 30 days of the purchase date. Items that are marked “All Sales Final” on not eligible for returns.
The item you are returning or exchanging must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and unworn! If you need to return an item because it is defective we will gladly exchange the item for another.
If you receive your order with damaged or missing items, you must contact us within three days of receipt. Please also keep all original packaging from your order. This may be needed to file an insurance claim.

We cannot accept returns of items that do not have their original packing slip(s). Please contact us at customerservice@ThinkPinkRibbon.com if you do not have your original packing slip.
Ship the return by USPS: Think Pink Ribbon, Attn: Returns, c/o Emblemworks LLC, 214 Main St., Suite 408, Los Angeles, CA 90245. For your protection, we suggest using a shipping service that provides delivery confirmation, and that you insure the package for the value of the item(s) enclosed.
The original shipping/handling charges (including customs/broker fees & tariffs for international shipments) are non-refundable. Please allow up to two weeks for processing.
